Infrastructure & Facilities

We have a manufacturing unit based in Jaipur. Our manufacturing unit is spread across an area of 6,500 sq meters and manufactures Polyfill and Shoulder pads . We also have different units such as quality checking unit, production unit, marketing unit etc which works in coordination to produce quality products. Further, we use machines like non-woven fabric plant, German machines, computerized foam & cutting pads etc.

We have spacious storage facility for our finished products. Prior to storage of products, we pack and label the products for easy delivery of products. For packaging, we use heat sealing, strapping rolls, cello taps, satin rolls, double sided tapes. We have separate units to pack the products. For instance, we have a unit to pack the shoulder pads and another unit to pack the taffeta fabric etc.

We house a top notch and well-equipped infrastructure set up for manufacturing these products. Besides, our unit is well connected with shipment modes that enable us to timely delivery of our packaging material & textile products at the customer's end. In addition to this, our set up has a large warehouse to store products and though meets the needs of the customers.
